Unworn items can be returned within 14 days of receipt in its original condition and incl.usiveinc packaging with the label(s) attached. 

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. For your peace of mind, we recommend insuring the item and obtaining proof of postage from your chosen courier. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

To initiate a return, kindly contact us at contact@inclusiveinc.co.uk with your order information. We will provide you with return instructions and endeavour to replace, exchange or refund to the satisfaction of all parties.

Please note:

• Items must be unworn and returned in original condition, in their incl.usiveinc packaging and with the label(s) attached.
• Items will be refused if they show signs of wear and tear, odour, or stains and markings such as deodorant, detergent and perfume.
• An additional posting and packaging fee will be due when re-sending any items which are replaced or exchanged where incl.usiveinc was not at fault. Please make careful reference to our ‘Size Guide’ when choosing your incl.usiveinc activewear.
